Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

CoolFit™ matt finish performance fabric with superior wicking properties. UPF 40+ UV protection. Slim fit. Stand up collar. Raglan sleeves. Zip neck with chin guard. Self fabric contrast bound zip, cuffs and hem. Reflective tab on back of neck to help keep ear phones in place. Tear out label.
