Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Trim fabric is 600D polyester oxford PU. Tool belt loops. Zip fly with stud button over. Contrast removable front pockets with various compartments. Two deep side pockets. Left leg pockets. Media pocket on right leg. Two rear pockets one with tear release fastening. Tool pockets at back right leg. Articulated knees. Contrast panels at hem. Triple needle stitching. Branding on back belt loop, right leg pocket and left leg pocket.

Material : 65% polyester/35% cotton double warp double weft canvas fabric.

Material weight : Main 320 gsm Trim 210 gsm
