Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Conforms to EN397 LD 440v, EN397 MM LD 440VAC and EN50365 class: 0. Retractable visor certified to EN166 1B9 AS, AF, 1FT with anti-scratch and anti-fog coating. Six point self-sizing wheel ratchet suspension system with 2cm wide nylon straps. Absorbent crown and brow pad. Adjustable 56-63cm.

Material : Durable injection-moulded, high density ABS material.
