Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Contrast fabric 100% polyester oxford 600D. Gripper elastic inner waistband. Side elasticated waistband with belt loops. Zip fly with button over. Two side pockets. Rear patch pockets. Two holster pockets one with concealed drop down ID holder. Double ruler pocket. Easy access cargo pocket. Media pocket. Hammer loop. D-ring for keys or ID cards. Top loading knee pad pockets - knee pads included. Reinforced contrast panels. Adjustable leg length reg 31'" to tall 33'". Contrast stitching. Triple stitched seams.

Material : Kingsmill 65% polyester/35% cotton.
