Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

White 65% polyester/35% cotton twill. Denim 60% cotton/40% polyester twill. Mandarin collar stand. Concealed zip fastening. Left sleeve double pen pocket. Side vents. Denim colours have reverse colour underarm panels and down the sides. White has an underarm breathable mesh panel. Industrial laundry 85°C. Domestic wash 60°C.

Material weight : White 170 gsm, Denim 230 gsm
