Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

200 series anti-pill Symmetry® fleece lining to collar and body. Polyester lined sleeves. Thermo-Guard® insulation. Waterproof with taped seams. Windproof. Concealed adjustable hood. Collar high full length zip with inner zip guard. Two front zip pockets. Inner pocket and media pocket. Stud side adjusters. Adjustable cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Branding on back collar/no branding. Cut out label (some colours in transition). Zip access for decoration.

Material : Hydrafort 5000 polyester matrix dobby outer.
