Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester quilted lining. Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Concealed hood. Grey fleece inner collar. Full length zip with tear release storm flap. Two front pockets with storm flaps and fleece lining. Elasticated cuffs and reflective tape cuff detail. Name tag inside left pocket. Adjustable drawcord hem. Cut out label. Access for decoration.

Material : 100% polyester pongee with StormDri 2000 PVC coating.
