Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

93% polyester/7% elastane outer. Waterproof 8000mm, breathable 1000g and windproof TPU membrane. Micro fleece inner layer. Collar high full length zip with inner zip guard. Durable Cordura® panels on shoulders and elbows. 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective piping to front and back shoulders. Right chest zip pocket. Left sleeve zip pocket. Two front zip pockets. Open cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Cut out label (some colours in transition). Suitable for print and embroidery.
