Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester outer layer. Waterproof 8000mm, breathable 1000g and windproof TPU membrane. Micro fleece inner layer. Polyester padding and quilted lining. Conforms to EN ISO 20471: 2013 class 2. RIS-3279-TOM (orange only). Tricot lined hood with tear release closure. Hang tag. Stand up collar. Full length heavy duty zip with studded outer storm flap and inner zip guard. Three outer zip pockets. Two inner pockets. Two reflective bands around the body and sleeves. Inner storm cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Cut out label. Access for decoration.

Material : Three layer bonded soft shell.
