Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester fibre inner with Active Fleece upper body and polyester lower body lining. Waterproof 4000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Detachable, adjustable lined hood with chin guard. Full length zip with tear release storm flap. Zip opening, mesh backed underarm vents. Various pockets including two large front, two chest and three inner pockets. D-ring. 3M™ reflective panel on lower back. Part elasticated adjustable cuffs. Adjustable drawcord waist and hem. Cut out label (some colours in transition). Access for decoration.

Material : Ripstop polyester with PVC coating.
