Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester padding. 190T polyester taffeta diamond quilted lining. Waterproof 3000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Concealed adjustable hood. Micro fleece lined stand up collar. Collar high full length zip with tear release storm flap. Left chest pocket. Multi-feature right chest pocket. Left sleeve pocket. Inner pocket. Deep front patch pockets with tear release closure and reflective trim. D-ring. Elasticated adjustable cuffs. Reflective piping. Zip access for decoration. Includes four coloured zip pulls.

Material : Oxford polyester outer with PVC coating.
