Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Waterproof 8000mm, breathable 3000g and windproof TPU mid-layer membrane. Polyester outer and inner layer. Expandable waistband with belt loops. YKK zip fly with button over. Two side pockets. Rear pockets with tear release closure, right with flap. Rubber tear release pocket trim. Left thigh multi-use cargo pocket with zip. Ruler pocket. Hammer loop. Toughened articulated knee panels. Toughened ankle scuff panel. Reinforced hem panel. Reflective detail. Triple stitched seams. Critical stress point bar tacking.

Material : Three layer bonded soft shell.
