Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester padding. 210T polyester taffeta diamond quilted lining. Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Detachable adjustable hood. Soft feel tricot lined collar. Full length zip with stud and tear release storm flap. Front patch pockets with side handwarmer entry. Right chest zip pocket. Inner pocket. Dobby design contrast panelling. Reflective piping. Tear release adjustable cuffs with inner ribbed storm cuff. Adjustable drawcord hem. Includes four coloured branded zip pulls.

Material : 300D oxford polyester outer with PVC coating.
