Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester padding and lining. Showerproof and windproof. Zip-off sleeves. Fleece lined collar. Full length zip with studded storm flap. Reflective piping to body and sleeves. Various pockets, including two front, chest and sleeve pockets with pen holders, media pocket, inner pockets and two D-rings. Knitted, elasticated cuffs and hem. Access for decoration.

Material : 600D oxford Taslon with PU coating.
