Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Mesh lined body and polyester lined sleeves. Shower resistant with critically taped seams. Breathable. Soft touch inner collar. Concealed adjustable three panel hood. Tear release double storm flap with rain channel. Raglan sleeves with articulated elbows. Right chest zip pocket. Two front zip pockets - one contains media pocket. Adjustable cuffs. Drop hem with drawcord. Access for decoration.

Material : Nylon taslon with PU coating.
