Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester outer layer with quick dry finish. Polyester fleece inner layer. 92% polyester/8% elastane mesh back panel. Stand up collar. Full length zip with inner zip guard. Bound armholes. Reflective piping on back contour panels. Breathable contour back mesh panel. Reflective print detail to front. Shaped waist. Longer shaped back panel. Elasticised hem with grip strip.

Material : Breathable two layer soft shell.
