Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Please note these are special order items that are strictly non-returnable. Lead time will be approx. 4 days. Part elasticated waistband with belt loops. Zip fly with button and shank button over. Two side pockets. Rear pockets with button down flaps. Two lower cargo pockets, left leg has a concealed zip pocket. Reinforced crotch seam. Cordura® bottom loading knee pad pockets. Reinforced hem overlay. Triple needle stitching. Branding on left waistband and right rear pocket flap.

Material : 65% polyester/35% cotton.
