Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Yellow and orange conform to EN ISO 20471: 2013 class 1. RIS-3279-TOM (orange only). Black and navy provide enhanced visibility. Water repellent finish. Part elasticated waistband with belt loops. Self colour zip fly with button over. Two side pockets. Two cargo pockets with reflective tape and border trim. Rear pocket with button closure. Knee pad pockets. Two reflective bands around each lower leg. Branded woven tab on lower left leg.

Material : 80% polyester/20% cotton.
